Comment: Please do not host anymore swaps if you cannot meet the obligation of it. I was very disappointed to shell out so much money for my partner(50.00) only to get nothing in return. If I somehow get your package, i will change my rating.

Comment: Here is my explanation. The swap was in March. I contacted you on May 8 and explained that I had not received my book. You advised that you would send another one. Today I have rated you a 1 because 4 months from the original date I still have not received a book. I have followed the proper protocal. Being called a liar is not fair. I said I wouldn't rate you lower because the package hasnt arrived but you have now sent 2 different packages and I still haven't received them. As said in many of the emails I will rate you when I receive the package. Not once have I blamed you, like you keep saying but rating a 1 is what the Help! section says as I have emailed you this to.
