Comment: I've messaged got no reply back, she hasn't marked sent, and has just completely ignored me!! It was suppose to be sent by May17 and I have nothing at all.

Comment: ...and I wrote the coordinator on June 3rd, my partner June 8th and I've heard nothing back from either one. I checked message, both remain 'Unread' so.. I don't know what else to do. It's been 3 weeks since the swap was OVER and we had plenty of time to execute the swap. I dislike leaving this rating, I just have no idea what's going on and my attempts at resolving this have been ignored. I can always change this when it's resolved, right? I never had a swap go like this before...
