Comment: I know I would be been surprised (and pleased and inspired to do the same thing for the car behind me) if I were told my toll had already been paid by the car in front of me. Giving little gifts to under appreciated holiday workers is something I like to do as well. I find that just thanking them for doing an amazing job and giving a smile goes a long way as well (because they never hear thank you enough during the holidays). Your template link is SO HELPFUL.
