Response: I too a couple of painting classes in college. My photography is much better but I still enjoy painting. I've been in the process of weaning myself off my panic medications as we;re trying to get pregnant and big pharma does know how SNRIs affect fetuses in the womb. Anyways, I've been feeling not myself lately, as though I've been floating in another body. The painting just kinda came from that and my exploration of creating texture with the paint. I hope that makes sense and isn't too personally creepy :)

Response: Apparently book reviewers call what I've been reading up a storm, "Stunt Non-fiction" which sounds kinda mean. The Happiness Project is by far the best book I've read in a while. Its the self-help for the rest of us, who don't have cancer, a dying loved one, an addition, self-esteem issues, bi-polar...I think you get the point. :)

Response: The town goes all out for Christmas, so I went to the local bookstore and picked up some Christmas postcards. :) I'm glad you enjoyed it.
