Response: I messaged you the following on November 8th after you left this rating and have still received no response - my message is still showing as being unread: **Hi Kathy, I'm sorry that you never received these swaps, as you might recall during the time you were waiting for them and the PMs we exchanged at the time, I did try to resolve this and re-sent another pineapple one with the strawberry one in April. I received the attached message from you on May 5th and assumed that since I hadn't heard from you since that you had received and just hadn't rated. I had no idea that you had not got them and am quite happy to remake and resend these for you if you would like. Es** I will obviously resend, but as you have gone on "hiatus" from Swapbot and have not been online since December 8th, I am not sure I will get re-rated when you receive

Response: I'm really sorry about this and sincerely apologise for not re-sending and not getting back to you. I will get this resend done and posted as soon as I can. I have PM'd you. ***UPDATE 13/8 This swap was sent on Wednesday of this week, I just haven't messaged to say it has been sent yet as I was dealing with my messaging this weekend. I admit that this is a week and a half after the one was removed, but I am international and you would not have received yet if i had sent last week. I hope you will change this rating once the swap is received. You don't need an angel, and I'll be contacting you and the swap hostess to advise.. UPDATE 10/09/2011 - I don't know why this hasn't arrived with you - I'm really annoyed that it hasn't and although it's been 4 weeks and is international as I've said before, sometimes things can take a little longer I will re-do this swap, again, and send by recorded delivery. I will PM you the tracking number as soon as it's posted.
