Response: responded to her via pm. am resending I see that the rating was not changed. I have the receipt to prove it was signed for and received.

Response: Sent 3 times, should have gotten at least one of the packages. I don't understand why she has not recieved... i think maybe she forgot to re-rate. I have sent this swap twice now and will re-send but only once again. I was not contacted and given a chance for the 2nd resend prior to her rating me a 1. I got a pm letting me know that she was going to rate me a 1. Look at my ratings. I DO NOT FLAKE!! I may have been late due to the awful 4 months of surgeries and illness, but I am not a flaker.
