Comment: I hate rating lower than 5, but in this instance, I have to. Whilst I did receive this swap, it didn’t meet the requirements. First of all, there was only a tiny corner bit decorated, and it wasn’t related to the theme of this swap in any way. Second, there were plenty of goodies included, which I am grateful for, but only a couple of them were the theme of the swap (which would have been fine, if you had included a note explaining as per the swap requirements, and if the rest of the swap had been carried out). The main reason I am rating three though, is because in your note, you said the post office don’t allow lots of mail art.. I’ve received other swaps from your country with lots of art.. but the thing that’s annoyed me, is you joined a swap that focuses on the mail art aspect, knowing full well you weren’t going to be doing it. Had you messaged me beforehand, I would have been happy to set up a private swap, with different requirements. I hope you can understand the reasons behind this rating, and I do apologise for having to give it. *Edit in response to your response: I did not see the point in messaging before making this rating, as you had already written in your note that you knew it hadn’t met the swap requirements. Otherwise I would have absolutely messaged first. The issue here, is that you joined the swap in the first place, knowing that you couldn’t complete it.
