Comment: If the swapartner or the host cannot afford the swap then they shouldn't sign up for them at all. Children should never be permitted to host a swap. I was totally flaked on this swap

Comment: Melinda, you have had since June 23 to send this out..that was when the swap closed to new sign-ups....You were the host of this swap, so I would have expected that you, of all people, would have set the example to be a good swapper, and sent out early, or at the very least, on time. I will change the rating if I receive a windchime.
