Comment: I'm sorry to rate you a 3 but you did send a bad swap with damaged/dirty items and junk from your unwanted list. After you promised a resend you never contacted me again. I waited then sent you another message that was read and ignored. Why set up a kawaii swap if you didn't have the items to fulfill it? EDIT:(12/8/12) There wasn't really an amount requirement for this swap and I believe that quality is better than quantity. Anyway you sent: paper clips, buttons, loose nails glitter, piercing rings, a non working pen in a broken plastic case, plastic toy rings, broken fake finger nails, laces and other random similar stuff. When I messaged you you told me you didn't made it on purpose and you offered a resend in a week or so (I didn't ask for it, just wanted to let you know how disappointed I was to receive these kind of things in a kawaii swap)... I contacted you after two weeks but I never heard from you again. I didn't expect branded items but at least some cute things since you stated in the swap to send "your favorite little kawaii surprises".
