Response: I always do follow rules on swap-bot and I always let my swap-partners know if I will be sending late, even if it is just one or two days. I was sending out my swaps in bundles in early December, so maybe I forgot to mark the item as sent on time. I'm not sure. I do however know that I would have messaged you if it had been late. Had the swap not been sent on time it wouldn't have arrived before Christmas, I'm pretty sure. Had you been there to receive it when it got to you you wouldn't even have been able to rate a 3, as that rating only becomes available after two weeks. If my swap had reached you just now I would've understood your rating but as it got to you well on time I don't think it's fair. If there is anything I can do to make you change the rating, let me know. (ETA Jan 24, 2016: I have contacted the SB admin a while ago and I'm waiting for a reply)
