I would have rated a 5 if I had received a response to the first message I sent on the 11th. By not responding to my first message, it could be assumed by some people that you had never really sent the swap at all. Please remember that communication in swaps is a key part of the swap. Originally: attempted to contact you on July 11th about 20 days after swap deadline when nothing was received. There was no response to this first message. The message was clearly marked as you Had Read it. After the second attempt to communicate and giving you 1 rating, THEN you contacted me and stated I had rated a 1 without warning. This was not true, and I sent you a cut and paste of the message from the 11th, which shows you had read it. Please remember that communication in swaps is also an important part of the swap.

Comment: The postcard was to reach my mail box, in Windermere, FL, in October -'2018, but the postcard, a 2nd resend, didn't reach my mail box until January -'2019. I made sure twice that you had my correct name & address. USPS has had my new correct address since Sept. 2018. I received document from USPS of my correct address before Oct. 2018. You swap PC arrived late, the previous PCs you said you sent to me have never arrived in my mail box.

Comment: I received a card full of card sleeves with a couple of stickers slapped on. They were all individual ATC sleeves when I contacted you on if you wanted to research what a pocket letter was a resend without anymore extras I only wanted to receive the sheet to put in my binder there was no response. Since this was left unrated I tried to contact again and mistakenly said I didn't receive once I cleared that up I was accused of receiving and lying about wanting to get more which is not the case at all I only wanted a decorated pocket letter. I again reminded swapper to research what a pocket letter should be. I do not want to be accused of trying to get more than what I signed up for and be accused of being a liar doesn't sit well with me either.

Comment: Your private message says sorry for the delay in sending and the card I finally received says sorry the first one never got sent. Based on that this swap deserves a 3 for being late.

Comment: Thank you for the notecard, tea bags (my profile clearly says I do not drink tea), crude postcards (crudity on my dislikes list), and stickers (on my dislike list, also mentioned right at the top of my profile). I count four different items, not five as per swap requirements. I am incredibly disappointed.
