I am going to have to make a new journal to join this one. I understand your weather circumstances; however, the deadline for my swap was several days before your blizzard and this is the second time ive had you as a partner and the journal been over 2 weeks late. I will change the rating once and if I receive the journal. This is the 3rd time ive got flaked on in this swap. EDIT: thank you for getting this to me. Comment: Thank you so much for getting this to me. The original send date was December 30th, and you marked sent on January 5th. You had to resend, which I understand, but led me to believe you sent it on or around January 8th, but it wasn't postmarked until January 17th. I'm glad that you followed through so I can stay in the swap.

Comment: I hate to do this especially after your rant in your profile, but deadlines are there for a reason and should be met or just don't join the swap.If the rest of us can do it, you can. I really liked your card. 12 days after the deadline is just too much.
