RWK (random words of kindness) email swap When I have a "Hiccup" in my life, it really helps to have a support system. I suffer from Rapid Bipolar Disorder and Fibromyalgia. Some days are good and some not so much. So a gentle hug, a supportive note, card, email, ecard or phone call or text does wonders. Such relief comes from knowing you are not alone, people do care about you!

With that in mind, how about letting the swappers in our group no you understand & care. We will have 4 partners. Read their profiles then send an email with encouraging words of compassion, you may include a quote if it applies to partners profile. You will have a week to read profiles & send emails.
