Envelop art.

  1. Please do not send something that would offend your partner, so make sure to read the profile.

  2. Do not slap a few stickers on the envelop and call it art. Do not cut out three or four magazine pictures and glue it on the envelop and call it art. My sisters kindergarten kids can do that much. Links for ideas below.

  3. If you make the envelop from a magazine or calender page, please add more to it, by embellishing it. If you make it from plain paper, or decorated paper, please make sure there is a fancy shape to it. Like scalloped edge on the flap. Links for ideas below.

  4. You can have stickers with a drawing or with an envelop made by you. You can use cut out pictures from magazines, along with/and/or stickers with a drawing or a handmade envys

  5. You can send a little letter about your day or week and make sure to add the weather to the note.

  6. Sending a little gift is up to you. But if you do, please make sure it is profile qualified.

  7. Rating will be done based on the envelop. The gift, if it is not included ,does not make a bad rating,

If you get an envelop that was drawn on or an envelop that shows some effort on your partners part, they get a 5. How many embellishments on the envies made from pages is up to the sender.

I have seen a beautiful envy made from a calendar page with a ribbon added,

I have seen drawings of things on envies. In fact that is usually how I decorate my envelops.

You will have one partner. And I am giving a week to get the envelope done.

So even though stickers and cut out pictures can be used, these must not be used alone.

You do not have to use either if your art works does not call for it.

I have seen a beautiful hand made envelop with a ribbon added on the side. In fact, that was sent to me and I still have it. .

Artists are different and have different skills. I like to draw more than cut. others like to cut and glue more than drawing.

So remember your partner is going to do what the heart is moving them to do as far as how they decorate the envelop.

Recap: Store bought envelop has to have more than a few stickers or cut out pictures slapped on it.

Hand made must be more than just using the paper for the envelop, something extra must be done or added.

One partner. One week to do your art work or make the envelop how ever you choose to do it.

If you are confused, then please say so, if enough are, I will just delete the swap. But I tried to get what I want across.

4.9 rating required.

One recent one is allowed, if you have more, you need to get those fulfilled before joining my swaps.

Newbies, with a well filled out profile will be allowed, But I will be the strictest ever for this swap.

Your profile needs to state what colors you like, dislike, if any, What is your favorite type of post cards, you crafts you do, those you excel at and those that you just do.

You need to have a little but about family, if any. You need to have something about likes, dislike when it comes to holidays and religion.

One paragraph will not cut it, two paragraphs will not cut it, Swap bot has excellent user friendly implements to help anyone have a well filled out, detailed, colorful profile.

I am not afraid to block anyone from my swaps. Ever. If you think you can get in and I will not check, think again. I have had to chase to many swappers for a mere postcard, I do not want those that sign up for this swap to have to do the same.

Oh you all. I I am so sorry for the delay in assigning partners.

  1. I thought I did and

  2. I have been very ill with what I now think is strep throat.

I will add four days to the send by date, and so you all have one extra day to do your work.

Please accept my apology. The I am hoping to get to the doctor tomorrow, and so I can spend a day out of bed.
