US and Canada only please! This swap is for 1 partner. The idea is to send something handmade to keep your partner warm. This can be a scarf, gloves, a lap blanet, hat or anything else you can make. All crafts are welcome and encouraged! Just make sure that you make it yourself!! If you don't have a rating yet then welcome. If you don't send then you will be banned from future swaps that I host. I just want to make sure that everyone has a chance to get something. I will also be checking ratings and if you have a history of not sending you will be banned.

So how exactly does this work? Do we generally contact our swap partner to find out the kind of stuff they like or do we just look over there profile and go with what we think they'd appreciate? I've never done this before but I think it'll be a lot of fun!

you can do either of the 2. Most of the time peoples profiles say what colors they like and things like that so that could be a good starting point.

You should all be jealous of me !!! "Mother of Purl " contacted me ahead of time and we emailed back and forth, and I put in a request for "fingerless" gloves if she could make some.
She send me some wonderful fingerless gloves, a lap afghan of the most amazing soft yarn, and hot chocolate and soup mixes !!! Thank you ever so much !! What a great trade ! Colleen Fingers Inc.

Rhiann never sent me a swap that she was supposed to last month. She obviously is a "no sender".

I think that Rhiann has been deleted from the system. We can only hope right? I have her address logged so if she tries to signup under a different account name then I will ban her asap.

If anyone else didn't get anything please let me know. So far this looks like the only one. If that is the case, this has been a great swap!
