After you sign up leave a comment state what you will challenge yourself to do for the month. It has to be something positive like smoke less, eat healthier, learn how to...., exercise more etc.

About 3 or 4 weeks after the sign up ends email your 3 partners about how you did with your challenge. You don't have to succeed at your challenge just give it a good try and tell your partner how you tried.

Answer these question:

What was your challenge? What steps did you take to try to succeed? How close did you get to succeeding? Are you pleased with your progress? Would you try something different? Will you continue with this challenge or are you done?

My challenges:

  1. Do something creative each day, document it and post on my blog about it (don't need to post daily on blog just whenever able post about creative things I did each day)

  2. $10 or less spending money each day. Put a bit into savings each week. Use credit card less.

  3. Exercise daily, try something different each day.

  4. Eat better, try to get the food groups.

My Challenge: To sit a minimum of ten minutes of Zazen meditation practice every day, so that I can focus better and function at a higher level, and restore the habit to my daily routine.

  1. To eat better, I have four kids to out live
  2. Loose a lot of weight.... I had triplets 6mo ago and getting the weight off is so hard.

~ Workout every weekday on my own until I rejoin my track team Jan 3rd. I run college track and to be ready for our first meet I have to work hard on my own (which is tough!)

~ Send rented textbooks back and rent new ones for next semester.

~ Craft at least 4 out of 7 days a week while I'm on winter break

Scheduling time to read. I've got out of the way of reading for enjoyment, not just for information. As a librarian, I feel it's a real loss. So here's to re-finding a pleasure in my hurried life!

I challenge myself to....

  1. Finish the deep clean in time for christmas day dinner.

  2. Go to th gym 2 days a week.

  3. Clear out all my work for new year's (at my job).

  4. Try to save money by looking for sales on food (a little hard when you try to be healthy and organic).

Challenges

  • Vegetarian Freezer menu planner / slow cooker meals I have just started working again and I am struggling with this especially finding ones that have not too many ingredients and don't all use cheese :) , my challenge is find recipes that are easy make and easy to reheat when needed........

-De-clutter and organise my home office

I have revised my challenge. It now has four parts: My challenges: 1. Do something creative each day, document it and post it (don't need to post daily , just whenever I'm able post about creative things I did each day) 2. Get some Yoga exercise every day, try new things daily. 3. Sitting meditation Every day. 4. Eat better, try to get ALL the food groups.
