Description:
This is a challenge for cardmakers. After the sign up deadline - you will send your partner the following: 1) a piece of cardstock to make a card (colour and size of your choice) 2) a piece of ribbon (any length) 3) an embellishment 4) a stamped image 5) your complete name and address for you to receive the newly prepared card. This is how it goes: You will send all the above items to your partner by March 16, 2012. This is a quick turn around. When your partner receives the items you have picked, she will make a card creation. All items must be utilized. Other items can be added by the cardmaker. When the card is completed, it must be sent back to the person who has sent the items. The deadline for sending the newly created card back is April 30th, 2012. You have one partner. Have fun! Please remember to sign the back of your card to get credit for it.

I don't do stamping but I wonder if I could substitute a printed image that would look similar .... I would love to join this swap if that is ok

Ceecee, I am afraid I will say no to the printed image for this swap. The ink used in rubber stamping does not bleed and people can colour the images with various medium. Did you want me to send you stamped images? Send me a PM asap if you want to so I can put it in the mail this weekend.

My apologies... I did not understand the use of stamps. I appreciate the offer to send me a stamped page but I don't want to impose on you... I will see if I can find a stamp to use and will join if I so get the required items Ty

ceecee, you are not imposing, I can have it in the mail tomorrow. Send me a message ASAP with your address and I will prepare the envelope. I love spending time in my craft room, so I am not complaining.

Hello everyone, I think I have made a mistake in how we can rate this so I am looking for ideas. I have found out that the person I need to rate is not the person who has sent me the card. What to do?

Dawnl5579 - I did not get any reply to emails and in the comment section. I think what everyone has been doing is rating on the package we have received to create a card.

By now, everyone should have sent a card kit to their partner. Do not wait until the deadline. The card needs to be returned to you by then. Your partner will rate you on the card kit you have sent.
