Happy Happy Joy Joy PenPal Swap

Isn't it an awesome feeling when you go to the mailbox....pull out the mail, and see lovely, colorful swap mail!!! Snail mail from swap partners is awesome! There's nothing like a PenPal letter in a colorful envelope to off-set all the bills and real-life responsibility related mail. :)

For this swap, the theme is Happy Joyful mail! Use colorful stationery, mail art, stickers, bright colors......whatever creative ideas you have to send your swap partners a smile through the mail.

Each swapper will send a letter to two partners -- talk about happy stuff! Make your partners smile! Letters should be at least 2 pages long. Letters do not have to be handwritten, but if you type yours out, please use colorful paper, stickers, drawings.....whatever you can add to make them personal and happy. And make the envelope colorful -- you can use a handmade envie, decorate the outside, or use a colorful stationery envelope. :)

NOTE: If you do use a handmade envelope, please be sure it is heavy enough to hold up in the mail. I've had many envies made from magazine pages get totally thrashed in the mail -- reinforce them with tape or whatever you have to do.....but make sure the letters arrive to your partner in one piece, especially if they are travelling through international mail.

NO FLAKERS!!! To join this swap, you can have NO 1 ratings in the past year, or 3 ratings in the past 30 days. Lots of past poor ratings will also be grounds for removal from the swap. Swappers must have an overall rating of at least 4.95 to join this swap and at least 10 completed/rated swaps. NO NEWBIES. I aplogize to the newbies who are not flakers, but I've had too many unrated swappers flake out recently. I will be posting a lot of penpal/letter swaps, so get a few more ratings on your profile and signup for one of my later swaps if you dont meet the criteria for this one.

If you are not 100% sure that you can send a nice letter out ON TIME, please don't sign up for this swap. It's really depressing to join a swap that's meant to brighten your day, and get FLAKED on.
