In this simple swap, you will send your partner a friendly snail mail letter (or note-card) telling a little about you and/or your day. Please put in into a decorated envelope, and include a small flat surprise. All items can be either handmade or store-bought.

My idea on the decorated envelope is to have it stand out from all the bills and junk mail that seems to accumulate these days. How you decorate it is up to you. Feel free to make one out of pretty paper or decorate a plain one. Lately I've been having fun with washi tape & deco tape - it's an easy way to decorate envelopes. [Did you know that Target carries paper tape? They come in packs of 4 different designs in a color combination, for only about $4.00? It's in the office supply department.]

The surprise could be anything fun (ATC, bookmark, note card, recipe, address labels, stickers, tea bag, etc.).

While this swap is sender’s choice, I do encourage everyone to take a look at your partner’s profile to make sure you aren’t sending something they absolutely don’t care for.
