Create a Cross-Stitch Kit

The Swap

• For one partner create and send one cross-stitch kit. This is not a store bought kit, but one that you have assembled especially for your partner (check your partner's profile and try to create something they will really like.)

• The contents of the kit must include the following:

  1. One printed chart of at least 20 x 20 stitches. It may be from the internet or a published source, but if it's printed in black and white, be sure there are symbols for each color used. It also must contain a color key (see item #2)

  2. Enough embroidery floss to work the entire project. You may select colors different from those used in the original pattern, but you must note this on the chart and label all floss clearly.

  3. Fabric of the appropriate size for the project. You may select any type or count of fabric, but it must be the proper size (see link in Resources below.)
