I am excited the Christmas Dotees have started, BUT I have yet to see a Gingerbread Dotee yet. I googled it and they have been done on Swap-Bot before! For this swap you will create a gingerbread themed COUPLE. Are they a Man and Wife or a couple of Sisters???. Maybe a Gramma and her grandkid. Grandparents......... Whatever inspires you as long as they are gingerbread themed and there are 2 of them. I know what I am doing - DO YOU? The usual dotee rules apply - hanger and tail, 4-6 inches. I will check all profiles just before I assign partners and ban as necessary 2 Dotees Gingerbread Themed International NO FLAKERS NO DRAMA HAVE FUN HAPPY SWAPPING SENDERS CHOICE There are a few Dotee swaps at the moment - PM me if the dates are too close to the others. I don't mind moving them a bit either way.

Google Dotee Dolls and look at the images. They are very simple to make and quite addicting. We all started once. The basic shape is somewhat rectngle they have hangers and tails (I use beads or ribbon for both), The rest is completely up to your imagination. I have used felt, flannel, cotton - I have seen them hand sewn and machine done. Crochetted and knitted. I have some really pretty ones and a few ugly ones.......... give it a try

Do these dotees need to be more rectangle or can we give them the original cookie shape?

@esew - whatever makes you happy! Mine will not be rectangle!

I changed the send date by a week at the request of a swapper. Being Canadian our Thanksgiving is long past. I forgot the US folk had a holiday AND Black Friday!
