Two partners, one bead-filled altered matchbox each! With all the Dotee Dolls being made and swapped, I'm running out of beads for the tails! So, I'm combining my love for altered matchboxes with that need for beads. (We'll have two partners to whom we'll will send each one altered/decorated small-32 ct-matchbox filled with beads suitable for making Dotee tails. (For me this means nothing that requires beading needles, but your partner may want tiny beads, just ask!) Check your partners profile for color and theme preferences if you like, it's always nice! No no sends allowed in this swap, and ratings of 4.8+ are required...however...Newbies are welcome BUT MUST HAVE A FULL PROFILE AND MUST CONTACT ME first, well before the signup deadline. (If you sign up that day, you may likely get banned.) Communicate, communicate, communicate with your partners! ...And have fun! (For extras (for hearts!) you might consider including some embroidered faces, polymer clay faces, printed fabric faces, fuzzy yarn, other embellishments, etc for making Dotees)

What a great idea!!!!

I don't mind receiving beads that require beading needles.

I have in my profile black/grey/blue as fav colors, but for Dotees it can't be too bright for me!!!!

I like odd and unusual beads of all shapes and (small) sizes--nothing bigger than a green pea if possible--I hardly ever do anything requireing larger beads than that. I just bought a tube of "Large Rocailles" and that's a good size for my Dotees. On the side of the tube it says E beads.

Any colors, and I especially like metallics, irridescents, etc are great. I'll love whatever I get!

I'm open to anything...I do seem to go through alot of pearls though, and would especially welcome those.

I really need some different kind of beads, irridescents, metallics because most of mine are pearl type. I'm new to this and could use some of everyone's insight.

Hi all, make sure you contact your partner if you're not sure what kind or size of beads to fill your box with.

I'll take just about any size because I use them for all sorts of things, but smaller ones especially for making Dotee tails, as I have a few in the works.
