So are you saying that there should be 19 unique teas and a max of one bag duplicate?

it means, you can send 10 different teas, but they can be 2 of the same tea, which makes 20. OR Just send 20 different tea bags, you can only send 10 dupes!

Some tea bags come without the 'bag' wrapper, like most Celestial teas. Like this one shown on the picture on the right:

Would they be okay to send? If I put them each one in a zip-lock bag and made sure to write brand and flavour on the zip-lock bag.

I am dissapointed you have removed me from your swap. There are no restrictions on sending tea bags to New Zealand, including fruit teas. I have been swapping tea bags (including whole boxes>50bags) for more than 10 years and never had any confiscated by our Customs Officers. Your reason for bannig me is completely invalid. Now i see you have reduced the number of bags from 30 to 20. I think you are just concerned about the high postage cost to NZ. I was looking forward to this swap so not happy you removed me!
