Several of us in the group are fanfiction writers, so let's talk about it! Write a letter (at least one page) to 2 partners about why you write fanfiction. Here are some questions to consider: What fandoms do you write for? Do you have an OTP? What genre do you love? How long have you been writing fics? What do you avoid when writing/reading fics? How does your process for writing fics differ from your process for writing original works? INCLUDE: a drabble or ficlet (100-500 words) or an excerpt from one of your previously published fics. Any fandom (but maybe try to match one of your partner's fandoms, and be careful with ratings/warnings). OPTIONAL: include links to your previously published fics. I'm going to be posting semi-regular fanfiction swaps, so if there are any you would like to see, let me know!
