This swap is open to everybody! You will make a "Valentine ATC" using a valentine owl. For this swap you will create (1) Valentine owl ATC's, for your partner. Requirements: ATC must have an owl with a valentine theme. Theme: Valentine ((Be CREATIVE!!)) Size: The ATC must measure 2.5 x3.5 and have a sturdy (non-flimsy) backing. NO Cards with JUST STICKERS! Use glitter, stamps, embellishments, ribbon, yarn, bling or whatever is needed to make your ATC look itâ€™s best. I will angel if needed but I hope it won't be needed! Have fun!
