I've made a huge mistake.....

We've all made terrible mistakes on swap-bot! Whether it's sending out a package to the wrong address, including a package in someone elses or, if you're like me, making the entirely wrong thing for a swap and realizing it once you've recieved from one of your partners.

****Swapped items****
For this swap you'll be sending out a couple things:
****1)**** A letter describing your biggest blunder related to swap-bot. It doesn't need to be long. A paragraph will do. If you've made more then one mistake you're more then welcome to mention those ones too.
****2)**** At least one crafted object related to that(those) blunder(s). A very decorated envelope with an incorrect address on it? A dotee doll that has arms and no tail? A two headed sock money? A few ATCs depicting the blunder?
*Please don't include broken items such as a teacup that was shipped incorrectly!
***3)**** A tiny little profile surprise! Everyone loves these. At least $3 worth, please.

****Requirements:**** You'll need to be in good standing with swap-bot. Your rating will need to be 4.8 or over with no recent no-sends. You will need to have completed and be rated in at least 15 real swaps (non email).
