Re-Gift some Re-ment (or other Minis)

Ok. Some of us collect minis. Some of us make ‘em. I bet though. A lot of us love them. Our dolls and dioramas wouldn’t look complete without the little touches. A bar of soap in the bathroom. A phone in the bedroom. You get the idea. Miniatures are fantastic props.

But…I’m also betting for whatever reason. You have some laying about. Maybe (like me) you bought multiples or you got a blind box with stuff you already had. Maybe you got tired of them (REALLY!?). Maybe you can make your own minis and want to share. Whatever the reason. Let’s swap ‘em! So you can get something new!

Now of course. There are guidelines (always are in my swaps):

• Please swap minis for 1/6 to 1/12 scale. They can be any minis. Dollhouse. Handmade. Re-ment, Orcara, Megahouse, Mimo. Or other items

• Items must be quality pieces either handmade or bought. Nothing that will fall apart out of the box. Pieces that are pretty, beautiful and as close to the REAL deal as possible. Things you would want to photograph.

• There must be a Minimum of FIVE items. And no repeats. No five cabbages. Or five tomatoes. Now you could send three tomatoes, two cabbages, a crocheted shopping bag, a carton of milk and a pepper.

• If sending brand name minis. They don’t HAVE to be from the same set (such as Re-ment).

• However! Items sent CANNOT be yucky. Dirty. Nasty. Smelly. Broken. Paint chipped. Ripped. Or just pieces of trash. Nobody wants the stuff puppy chewed on or your precious darling put up her nose. Your partner expects at LEAST near mint. And hey. We love vintage. But there’s a difference between vintage with some wear and stuff that would be left out for the trashman. So make it nice. Something that people actually want to receive. Not your junk.
