Description:
For this swap, let's make 1 sturdy, altered Rolodex card for 1 partner. Please decorate the card with any theme that features a postage stamp. It can be a vintage stamp or a modern one, unused or cancelled, domestic or international postage, but it should be a real postage stamp. (In other words, not an image of a stamp.) The card should be the small, modern size (4 inches wide, 2.25 - 3 inches tall) and lightly decorated on the back. Please include the swap name and your username on the back. Notches on the back should be on the top. (If your partner's profile asks for notches on the bottom of the back, feel free to make it to their preference. But if in doubt, put them on the top.) Any mediums are welcome, but stickers should only be an accent. Please make a rolo that you would be happy to receive and add to your collection. Thank you! Help please! Do I decorate the rolo like the one in the picture where the notches on the bottom?

Yes, on the front, the notches should go on the bottom.
