Art Journal For Beginners

I'm new to the world of Art Journals. So this swap is for beginners who would like to try Art journalism. If you have experienced the world of Art Journals then your more than welcome to join too but please keep in mind that you may get a beginners Art journal back.

Don't worry if you can't draw, just have fun with it and be creative.

The Journal should be at least an A5 book with about 30 pages.

You will have one partner for this swap. Rating 4.9. No newbies and must have completed 2 type 3 swaps. Please no flakers!

I have come up with 40 pages that you will create for your Journal. You will have to pick at least 20 of them and then make 5 pages of your own too. So that's 25 pages altogether to create. You can if you like create more pages but its up to you.

Your Journal can just been drawn with a pencil or pen and also can be coloured in. You also can use paints and pastels if you want. It is totally up to you as it is your first. Don't worry about using all the fancy stuff that people use for Art journals.

2. Things you love/hate
3. Your Feelings towards Life
4. Doodle anything all over the page
5. Weather
6. Cut out things from a magazine and make a collage
7. Word of the Day - write about the word
8. Vintage page
9. Poem
10. Food you love
11. Butterfly page
12. Alice in wonderland
13. Kawaii ( As I know most of us love it :P )
14. Draw a picture of an object in your home
15. Favourite Quote and doodle and colour around it
16. Draw or paint your favourite scene from a fairytale / disney film
17. Who inspires you? page (let the inspiration come out on your page)
18. Journal what you are thinking right now
19. Write down some of your life mantras. ( Example: Follow your heart.) Write them over and over again on your journal page, but use different lettering styles each time.
20. Nature page
21. A drawing of yourself
22. What the future will look like
23. Mason Jars with all sorts inside
24. 10 things your grateful for
25. 5 things you can't live without
26. Lyrics from your favourite song
27. Pretend you’re a goddess. Draw her.
28. If you were rich... what would you buy!
29. Draw something in a snow globe
30. Draw a huge heart and draw all the things you love inside
31. Draw a map from wherever you are to where you want to be
32. Childhood memory
33. Journal about hope
34. Draw one of your favourite dreams you have had
35. Use an envelope and pop something inside
36. Make a list (anything you want)
37. Finish the sentence "Keep calm, _______"
38. Write the word 'Create' in the middle of the page and write all the things you love to do with crafting around it
39. Comic style strip of your day
40. Design your dream house

Remember to write a short note with the swap name and your ID swap name.
