Could I ask a question, please? When you say "commercially printed", that would mean I couldn't print it myself on Kodak photo paper?? I hate getting my prints done at either CVS or Walgreen (they're my only choices) because they get cropped in weird ways or the colors are way off. When I print them at home, I get exactly the picture that I took. I love taking pics and I love joining the picture swaps but I do want to be sure I follow the swap rules.

charlottenc - if you have a printer that does a wonderful job - that is fine, I just did not want folks printing on paper and sending photos - hope that helps! ;)

I crop my photos into right size (or rather, ratio) before sending them to shop.

charlottenc 06/21/2013 #

What is the right ratio? When I send pics to Walgreen's, they get cropped and sometimes it actually alters the picture (and not in a good way). What size ratio do you use??

One other dumb question, this is actual animal photos, right?

Vickyen 06/22/2013 #

charlottenc - Hi! Sorry for the delay in answering! I am never sure of the "right" ratio - Walgreens does that to me at times when I order on-line as well! Yes, the photo should be of an actual animal - no question is dumb! Thanks for the great questions! Hugs, Happy Snapping, and Swapping! ;)

I make usually 10x15cm (4"x6") photos, so I use ratio 2:3 (for example, 600x900 pixels).

Hi Vickyen, does this include any type of wildlife such as marine wildlife?
