ABCs of Me Journal

Hey, everyone! I talked with our founder, Elizabeth Obviously, and she gave me her permission to start the swap she was going to do. I'm excited about this one. We are going to do a journal all about us, but we get to keep it!!! You will each be assigned 3 partners that you will send an email with photos of your pages. We will still call it a type 3 swap, because you are going to put a lot of work into your pages, but there will be no postage involved! You will do 3 alphabet pages each month, so it will take us 9 months to complete, plus the cover. You can join at any time, and we will have some make-up swaps for those who don't join this first one. You can also drop out any time you feel the need.

This first swap in the series will be the cover, and you will actually have 4 pages, because you need to do both front and back covers, inside and out. Just have fun with this one - no particular requirements. You can journal or not, it's up to you, but it moight be noice to have a little introduction to the book or to you inside the front cover.

You can start with an old book, a new journal, or a book you make yourself. I'm starting with the really ugly book you see pictured above that I picked up at the Re-Store, but it won't be ugly the next time you see it! Use any medium you like, but be sure you have the title on the front. Next month will be A, B and C, so be thinking about something about you to go with each of those letters.

A 4.5 rating is required, and newbies with well filled-out profiles are welcome. Hopefully, we won't have any flakers, because you don't have to actually send anything in the mail, but anyone who flakes will be banned from the rest of the swap series.
