Clutter clean-up

In January, I took part in this swap, but you wouldn't know it if you saw my desk! So it's time for another round, and @HappyMom was so kind as to grant me permission to host a swap based on hers.

So if you, too, feel that there is an area in your house that you had been meaning to tidy up or de-clutter but haven’t got around to it yet, and if you feel that a deadline will help, join this swap!

Pick an area to tidy up (this could be your crafting area, but it could be something else as well such as your kitchen counter or your cellar).

Take at least three pictures of the area as it looks now and then at least three pictures of the area after you’ve tidied it up. (Ideally, taken from similar angles as the “before” pictures.)

Then send the pictures to your swap partners by email. (Preferably as individual attachments or in the body of the email, rather than inside a Word/PDF/PowerPoint file or as links to online pictures.)

Please use a meaningful subject line so that your partner can see that the mail belongs to this swap, and don’t forget to include your swap-bot username and the swap name in the message! Use BCC if you mail all your partners at once so that they don’t see each other’s email addresses.

You can mail the “before” and “after” pictures in one email, or in two separate emails, as long as all the pictures have been sent by the deadline.

Newbies are welcome with well-filled-out profiles, others with at least a 4.95 rating and no recent unexplained 1's or 3's. (Contact me beforehand if in doubt.) I reserve the right to ban users for any reason.

After the swap, don’t forget to rate your partner: a 5 if you receive a total of at least three “before” and three “after” pictures on or before the 26th of August.

I’ll give you two weeks to tidy up, but you’re welcome to take the “before” pictures before the swap starts if you’d like, or even get a start on tidying up in the time until sign-up ends :)
