Hand Embroidered Pendant

Hello! This is my first swap to host for Sew Random and I appreciate your patience while I figure out formatting and such!

The Facts

This swap is for ONE embroidered pendant for ONE partner. The pendant should measure at least ONE inch in one of its dimensions (Example: an oval pendant should be at least 1 inch along its longest part). It is not necessary to send a chain for the pendant.

The Notes

I don't have the two piece pendant settings available at my local Hobby Lobby, so I use a one piece bezel something like this: Bezel

The embroidery can be done on fabric or felt. I cut a piece of thin cardboard (like a cereal box) to fit the bezel and then I wrap my finished embroidery around it. Finally, I glue the whole thing carefully into the pendant.

The Invitation

These are so sweet and work up quickly! The embroidered motif is sender's choice. It can be a picture or a colorful abstract design. Search for hand embroidered pendants on etsy.com for some ideas! I hope you will join us!
