Description:
All skill levels welcome! Make a PC for each of your TWO partners using this technique. You may use any template/outline you like EXCEPT the specific feather one shown in the tutorial. Your design does not have to be exactly like the example shown if you want to change it up a bit. Added Aug. 17: When you have glued all of the strips down, cut the sheet in four. Now you will have 4 PC bases. Sender's choice whether to use the negative or positive images, and whether to send similar or different PCs to your partners. Add a sturdy back for mailing and send naked with a friendly note. Have fun!

Are our finished pieces 8 x 10"? Or can we cut it down to a normal sized postcard (4 x 6" or 5 x 7")?

You will cut it down to PC size. (Sorry, I didn't make that clear, did I? I will revise the swap description to include that. )

I found it easier to make on a regular sheet of paper and then cut it into 4 PCs - plus I have 2 more PCs almost done for future swaps or RAKs. (";)
