Quoth the Raven...Let's swap black!

I don’t know about you but I love Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Raven”. I love black birds and the way their feathers shimmer in the sun. It the is the inspiration for this swap. I decided to change the bird theme and just go with a black theme.

For this swap you will be sending your partner 4-5 black colored items in a sandwich sized or larger baggie. You may also sew up a baggie of the same size and use that. I know I have some fabulous creepy raven fabric that I might use! Items can be handmade or purchased but they HAVE to be good quality. You should create a baggie that you would happily give to your partner in person.

Items should be all black or mostly black.

DON’T- Send old, dirty, smelly, torn, junky items..

DO- Check your partners profile and made sure you are sending something they will like or use. Not everyone likes ATC’s, stickers, foam things, or scrapbook paper.

IDEAS- Tea Towels, earrings, pendants, buttons, fabric, felt stuffies, knitted or crocheted items, stickers, paper, postcards, cross stitch, clay, tin signs, ribbon, etc.. Feel free to post more ideas below. Be creative and make it fun for your partner! Need more ideas? Check their profile!!!

Please do not have lots of swaps open. No more than 15 please! Trust me it’s easy to forget and all of a sudden get overwhelmed by deadlines!
