Number of people in swap:5
Location:International
Type:Type 2: Flat mail
Last day to signup/drop:October 30, 2013
Date items must be sent by:November 12, 2013
Number of swap partners:1
Description:

Send your partner 1 vintage postcard (at least pre-1980) that has at least one "vintage" stamp (the gummed kind) on it. It can either be on a used card that was sent at the time, or with an older stamp you added yourself as postage.

Alternatively, you could add a stamp to the front, in maxicard style (similar or matching stamp on front of postcard), as long as it's a gummed kind.

If you're using unused vintage stamps, then the card should be sent naked. If you're sending an already used card, then send it in an envelope. The card should be in good condition (nothing torn or damaged or smoky). No reproduction cards.

The design is sender's choice, but try to send something you would like to receive and that you think your partners will like.

I have a couple with British stamps on them, are they okay? One from Bath and one from Wales addressed to the States. They each have 4p stamps on them.

young46356: Absolutely. Any kind of older stamps are fine, and those sound great. :)

I've extended the swap deadline a day, as November 11 is a holiday in the US, so the post office will be closed.
