Description:
You've heard of sticker bags and label bags, let's try ATC bags! If you already have an established one to pass along from the other swaps, that's great! If not, here's how to start one: Take a small envie and write your name and address on one side of it. On the other side, write instructions such as "take out two ATCs and add three". You can choose to have the person take or add as many as you wish. Have numbered lines for persons who have participated to sign on. You can choose how many lines you want to offer, just make sure your bag is large enough to hold that many ATCs when full. Indicate that the last person to sign should send it home. You can include any other instructions, such as whether or not the ATCs should be made by the swapper or if you accept pass alongs. Put your three (or however many you indicated) ATCs inside the envie. I usually start a new bag with a few extras to give the first recipient more from which to choose. This is your ATC bag. Put the ATC bag (envie) inside another envie to mail to your swap partner. You will receive a bag from your other partner. You will select ATCs to keep, and add additional ones to the bag. Hold onto the bag until another swap opportunity. Then you will send it along its way. Any questions? Just post them below!

Ooooh... this just made me realize that I have moved since I sent out my first ATC bag some time ago. If anyone joining this swap has my original bag, I will do a private swap with you for it or pay postage or something so it can get back home!

@Trinket yes. We've done 30 of these swaps. I have personally received two completed bags back already.

Any tips or tricks on how to make one? How many cards are on average in one of these envies? Is sending a fresh envie acceptable (ie. cards only from me).

Hi, I am a little confused. How many lines do you add for people to swap and pass on? How do people know who to swap to or when to pass it on and how do you get a full bag back again? I am however very interested.....

@Ratlady you can add as many lines as you want and people have to keep track of when the next swap is up. The bag gets returned when all the lines are filled.
