From the original swap description:

It looks like this may be an annual swap. I did this for 2012, then this year in 2013, and I want to do it again in 2014! Here is a recap:

Valentine's Day is one of my favorite holidays because I love the colors red, purple, pink, the word "LOVE", hearts, flowers, and luxurious chocolate candies, too!

So once again, I invite crafters to come together and give a piece of your heart. Create something for your partner that is a heart or that has a heart in it. If you love to crochet and/or knit, perhaps you might make a heart stuffie, a bookmark, a necklace, a purse, a scarf...anything that is or has a heart. If you enjoy sewing, you might make any of the above or have other ideas. Beaders, or jewelry makers, what would you make? Papercrafters, there are notecards, ATCs, journals, matchboxes, etc. that you might consider. Do you like to create with wood? What would you make? What can you make that is or has a heart? I'd love to see what you all create. Consider posting your created hearts on Flickr and tag your photos with "swapbot" so we all can see. Or you can upload to the Gallery on the swap page.

ETA: I thought some clarification might be necessary on how much time should be spent on your craft. While I don't want to say you have to spend 1 hr, 5 hrs or 10 hrs on your craft, I also don't want someone to receive a paper bookmark with some heart stickers added to it. My idea for this swap is that we all receive something nice that reflects what we enjoy doing. Crocheters could send a crocheted article/toy/item; Jewelry makers could send a handcrafted piece of jewelry or decor; Woodworkers obviously something they crafted out of wood; Paper Crafters could send a handmade journal, photo album, decorative box, a set of notecards, or something that took some time. But NOT a single bookmark. Spend some time on your swap. How much is really subjective, but your swap should be crafty. Some crafts take more time than others. Just give your best to your partner.

ETA: I have created a Pinterest Board full of different crafts that are shaped like a heart or incorporate a heart in their creation. Feel free to check it out here for ideas and inspiration. But don't limit yourself with just those. Search Pinterest for more ideas!
