Description:

In school "round robins" were my favorite thing in English or Art class. So how about bringing it to swapping and card making! This should be a really fun challenge.

PART 1. Put together a mini-kit for your partner to make a Valentine. Include 3D embellishments, patterned paper (as many as you like), stickers, gems, die cuts, glue dots maybe, brads, ribbons... a good variety and at least 5 pieces or more. Anything to get the creativity going. Enclose a blank card with an accompanying self addressed envelope. Size is up to you, but keep it typical greeting card sizes.

(bonus: Duplicate the items in the mini-kit you send for yourself and make one a long with your partner to compare what you each do!)

Part 2. Once you get your mini-kit from your partner put a card together with it. Have fun! The card must have at least two layers, the paper from the kit, and at least three of the embellishments. You can add 1-2 elements from your own collection, but that is it.

Part 3. Then mail it back to your partner with a friendly note! This part is on the honor system since you are being rated on what you send in the kit. I'm going to create a thread in the forums so we can post what we send/receive.

You have three weeks! Go ahead and start your kit as soon as you sign-up. It does not have to be partner specific and this way it is ready to go when I assign partners in a week. I encourage everyone to mail EARLY so you can get a card back to you by Valentine's Day. If this goes well maybe we can do this challenge another time as well?

Questions? Please post below encase someone else has the same.

Happy crafting!
