TPP: Painted Silhouette ed27/2

Open to all skill levels.

Make a PC using this watercolour silhouette technique.

If you want to add additional embellishment you may, but it is not necessary for this swap.

All you need is:

• card stock
• 2 or 3 colours of watercolour paint (I use the Crayola ones for kids that come in trays - good colour saturation and inexpensive)
• paintbrush
• masking tape, wax paper and cardboard
• a silhouette of your choice (from the internet, a magazine, or use one of the ones in the tutorial)

Please make sure to add a sturdy back for mailing naked with a stamp (failure to do so may result in being rated down).

On the back, write a note to your partner about:

• Your first day of school (any year)

• Your first day at a new job

• Your first day living away from home

• Your first apartment

• Your first car

• Your first pet

• Your first date

• Your first meal (or dish) you prepared all by yourself

Added February 27: You don't have to use watercolour paints for this - if you already have acrylic, gouache, tempera, etc. paints, feel free to use what you have.
