Are the images from the link free? It lets me copy and paste, but I think that would be a copyright infringement. Where else can I find images that are not costly; another sight sold the pictures for $25 / each!

Hmmm....I don't believe it's a copyright infringement unless you are selling it . . . is that right? Since our trades are free, it shouldn't be an issue.

I hope you are right @isabellasnow because I have made copies before. You can check her books out at the library and copy the images on your copier(printer) at home. I shrink the images accordingly. Also, you can go to Amazon.com and buy her books used. They are tiny little books and quite inexpensive. I have recd postcards in swaps, so you must be able to purchase postcards of the fairies somewhere...

Hi Laura! I have the books of postcards and I'm assuming if I buy the book, I could use the postcards in my own art? I hope I'm right too because I copy SCADS of images to use in my ATC crafting. Well . . . if I'm wrong, we'll all go to copyright jail together and have a whale of a time crafting!

OK...I've been doing a bit of internet research about copyright laws and I think we're ok to use printed images as we do under the "fair use" part of copyright law. Here's a little blurb: "Using the original image for personal use or as a demonstration for educational purposes one time and for a limited audience is O.K." . . . we're using for personal use or for a very limited audience of one.
