Hello all you August babies! There are not any other real holidays in August, so lets have a great time celebrating some great people who were born in that great month! I noticed that 'cb38506' did this one last year, not sure who was doing it this year, but it got canceled, so I am here to resurrect it. I know there are some people out there who have August birthdays and would like a little surprise. so here we go: send a little handmade card and nice (doesn't have to be expensive) little new or handmade gift to your partner. make it lovely! Swappers should spend maybe $5-$15. This is for the US and Canada only please, newbies with well-filled out profile or a rating of 4.8 and above, zero no-sends in the past three months, please only join this if you're really going to send and rate, no one wants a disappointing birthday, I can't angel this.

Thanks for making a new version. I had been trying to keep multiple swaps going. But right now I just need to catch up. I'm glad you started this one over. I'll add your version to my watch list, and if at the end of the month it does look likely that I can do it I'll sign up.

I'm really excited about this swap, not only because I get something for my birthday but because I get to send another August baby a very lovely gift. The neat thing about this site is that we all get to do something kind for someone we don't even know, and I think that is just too cool!!! I can't wait!
