**100 loose stickers**

Are the stickers supposed to be loose as in sticker flakes or can they be cut out from sticker sheets?
Remember you can't tell people how to rate or when to give hearts, that's entirely up to each swapper.

Why does it take so long to come from Mexico? I get swaps quicker than that from the Orient and Middle East.

Our postal system is fairly unreliable and partial - they treat your post how they should only if they like you.
Personally, I always send my swaps with a tracking number and have a good relationship with my local POs. That ensures they won't take more than three weeks to show and will actually leave the office the day I post them, but not the same can be said about normal mail. If, you know, it ever shows up at all!
