Blind ATC #7 - Quick Quick WEEK Swap

Blind…means you may make/package it up before partners are assigned!! :)

This is for you folks that want to make some ATCs this week or have some completed ones laying around!!!! You have till Tuesday to sign up and till Wednesday to mail it!

I am fully aware that this is a quick turn around. The idea is make an ATC tonight or use one you already made but haven't sent out, then have it all packaged up and ready to go so that when I assign partners on Wednesday morning you can pop it in the mail…ITS BLIND! If you think that that is too quick of a turn around, then please just don't sign up :) This is supposed to be fun :)

This is NOT a profile based swap…but it would not hurt to check your partners profile before popping it in the mail to make sure you have not offended them or anything…but the idea is that you make the card before getting your partners information…so please DO NOT sign up if you are SUPER PICKY!

Standard size (2.5 by 3.5 in), ANY media, on a sturdy background. Remember to put your username and other info on the back of the card.

PLEASE WRITE THE EXACT SWAP NAME SOMEWHERE IN YOUR MAILING>>> "Blind ATC #7 - Quick Quick WEEK Swap"…with a blind swap it is easy for your partner to open their envelope and wonder…"what swap is this from?"

Please make sure to put forth effort. Standard, "do not just slap a sticker on a piece of card stock" rules apply…make something you would love to get in return.

The part I hate…Rules…I will be as specific as possible so there are no questions...
4.96 minimum rating
At least 5 rated Type 3 swaps (rated a 5)
Zero unexplained 1s or 3s, even if they are old
No more than one 1 rating, even if it is explained and/or old
No more than three 3 ratings, even if they are explained and/or old
Well filled out profile is necessary - up to my discretion

Even if you HATE your card, if you received it on time and it follows the guidelines, you should rate a 5 because, well, because thats how this site works :) I will angel. Although extras are nice…I am a firm believer that they are not necessary…so please DO NOT feel pressured to add any extras :)

Note: In my short experience as a host, I find that the toughest part is banning people from a swap…even if you know that they might be totally fine…Its a dirty job but someone has gotta do it! Rules are rules on this site and the host is the one who has to enforce them…sorry :( I try and make my rules easy to understand so that you will know, without any question, if you qualify for a swap or not. I will also drop anyone from a swap who I think is questionable.

Another Note: Although a well filled out profile is nice…sometimes profiles are a little TOO filled out! So filled out that it is actually SCARY to be partnered with that person! This is a BLIND SWAP…so remember…if you are picky…please don't sign up! Thanks!!
