Theme #1 - OPEN THEME - Any subject you wish!

I love photography and I have taken some amazing photos that I would LOVE to share. What better way than making them into a postcard?
I 'd like to do 2 swaps a month using our OWN photography - Each will be a different theme, it will be a fun way to challenge ourselves to take photos of subjects outside our interests and to make them into little bits of art for our partners.

What we'll do is choose one of our favourite photos - No kids or people in the photos - let's be safe, Ok? (Senders Choice but please check your partner's profile to be sure you aren't sending something that might offend them) Make sure that you use a sturdy backing so that the postcard doesn't get ruined in the mail

You may decorate the photo.. zentangle, doodle or whatever you wish or you may simply leave the photograph as it is. It's up to you! Write a little bit about the photo on the back of the postcard, and send stamped and naked (unless your partner's profile states that they prefer to receive them in an envelope.)

Technical stuff- Important Please remember to rate your partner. We work hard on these swaps and our ratings are important to us. Please don't forget. I don't want to have to chase after people to post ratings for their partners. It should be easy. Receive a swap, post a rating.

No Unrated, 1's or unresolved 3s. If you are late on any past swaps that have not been resolved, you will be removed from this swap. You must have a 4.97 rating or higher. I will angel if need be.

i do have a question. how do we send naked? do we cardstock the back and use as a postcard? i have some great photos so interested in exploring this

@MomOfPoms I have used my photos as postcards and I usually adhere them to a piece of cardstock or another type of sturdy material. When that has been done I just divide the back into area for name an address of partner and area to write a message just like a postcard back is. I have found a good glue stick works well and doesn't effect my photos and washi tape on the back makes a good divider. Hope that helps. ☺

Oh @ naked is written on back , address on back ,stamped with postage and dropped in the mail like you would do with a regular postcard, some prefer it to be,mailed,in an envelope and they will usually state their preferences in their profiles of how they like them to be mailed.

Thank you @Scubaroo for explaining to @MomOfPoms :) I also have used Washi to 'seal' the edges - I usually use a thinner type cardboard (sometimes a cereal box or the back of a note pad) as the back - and yes write, stamp and send ;)

Hi, I have some of my photos made into postcards at postnet. Can I use these for this swap?
