For this swap, you will have three (3) partners, and you will send each partner one (1) Iris Folded greeting card, with a coordinating envelope. Any type of Iris Folding pattern can be used, and beginner Iris Folders are welcome to encourage people to learn a new craft, so please be willing to receive cards from beginners if you sign up.

Here is a great link to learn about Iris Folding: http://www.irisfolding.circleofcrafters.com/ This is where I learned about the craft, and it's a lot of fun and very addictive.

Newbies are welcome to join this swap with a fully completed profile. Ratings more than 4.0 only, please, and no more than 1 no send. If you have multiple no sends, with legit circumstances, contact me before signing up.

This is an international swap.

Welcome everyone. Thanks for signing up for my swap. I'm really looking forward to seeing my partner's cards.

Happy swapping!

I'm really surprised more people haven't signed up for this yet! Iris Folding is such fun...and so easy...and yet can be so beautiful! I have mine ready to be mailed.

I'm also kind of surprised, esepcially since I included a link to a tutorial. I suppose it's possible that we could get a few more people signed up by the end of the month, but since we're not on the list of "new swaps" any longer, it's unlikely. Let me try to promote this on my craft board and see if any of the members want to join in.

Since not so many have signed up for this swap I dont want to drop from it, but Iris Folding is completly new to me, so dont expect wonders, please! But I`m looking for your abilities!

Murmel, I am so glad you didn't leave the swap! I wanted this to be an opportunity for you to learn a new craft, and I'm sure you'll love making the cards. I specified in the swap that anyone who is not willing to recieve cards from a beginner shouldn't sign up, so I'm sure that we'll all be happy to get your cards, and I know they'll be great!

I changed the close date for this swap to today so we can go ahead and get our partners. You should be able to see your partners tomorrow (or Sunday at the latest if I'm not able to get online from home tomorrow to "assign" partners)

Thanks!
