There is always hope

I have just been through a miscarriage and it is a very sad time for me. With this happening to me I have met so many people online who have been through the same from websites and forums. During sad and hard times knowing you are not alone is very important and gives us a glimmer of hope in our storm

Whether you are going through something hard at the moment or have sometime in the past; share your hope and inspiration to heal with others through a simple swap. Let's remind each other that from every rain cloud there is sun shine

Whatever you have been through or are experiencing no problem is too small. Write on a store bought notecard / greeting card for your partner. It is up to you if you wish to share your story or not.

Inside the card please also include some inspirations quotes or poems, lyrics. A minimum of 2 quotes. Write them in the card or include separate notes or cut outs.

Lastly include a minimum of one small profile surprise for your partner. Doesn't have to be store bought ; think inspiring postcards, relaxing tea, bright and colourful stickers; whatever your partner will like.

Package nicely, decorate the envie with stickers or quotes, embellish draw paint colour... Ideas are endless. Handmade emirs encouraged. Maybe include glitter, beads, sparkles, feathers, bows, ribbon, twine, something nice to make your partner smile.
