Halloween Hello Kitty ATC

For this swap you will create one ATC for your partner. It must depict Hello Kitty and Halloween...so she can be dressed in a cute Halloween costume or just in a Halloween scene.

You may use a sticker but please add other artistic components to your ATC. Remember...the A stands for Artist :-)

Make sure your ATC has a sturdy backing with swap name, date and your name clearly written on the back. Please put it in a protective sleeve.
