Description:

"M.I." stands for "mutual interest". This is a swap for everyone who likes to read books and share their thoughts on them. Only join if you really have something to say about the books you read, whether it's good or bad, and if you're willing to follow up on recommendations of your pen pals, give feedback, etc. Just anything that real book lovers would do. Please note: you must have the time to read books! Otherwise this swap is pointless!

Of course the subjects to write about do not limit themselves to books. This is just a regular pen pal swap for people with a mutual interest.

For this swap we get two swap partners and we send each:

  • 1 letter of at least 1 sheet (8.3 x 11.7 inch, back and front) long. (Or 2 sheets of 5.8 x 8.3 inch, back and front.) Typed or handwritten, both is fine. Write a bit about yourself and about books, for example what you think makes a good book, or what's your favorite genre, or about a specific author you love, or anything else you can think of.

  • 1 written or typed opinion/review of a book you love or hate, of at least 10 lines long.

Unrated swappers with an elaborate profile are welcome. Swappers with a rating of 4.95 and up are welcome (also with an elaborate profile). No recent or unexplained 1s or 3s. I ban at my discretion.

This swap is part of a series of M.I. swaps, namely the following:
