Halloween Cupcake Toppers Swap!

I love Halloween and I love Cupcakes too! I always make cupcakes for my kid's classes. I thought it would be fun to combine the two and have a Halloween themed cupcake topper swap.

The rules are easy. You will make 1 set of Halloween themed cupcake toppers for 2 people. (A set equals 24 cupcakes so you will be making a total of 48 cupcake toppers, 24 toppers per person.) You can make them anyway you'd like but remember they will be USED on food. Target has some really nice double prong toothpicks which work GREAT. I found out about them through the last cupcake topper swap I was in. ETSY has topper sellers if you get in a bind.

Open to International, paper is inexpensive to send.

Open to newbies with a filled out profile. Other swappers must have a 4-5 rating to join. I reserve the right to ban anyone. No recent no-sends, etc.
